It's a short how-to clip usually about three minutes long and focused on accomplishing a specific task that a typical office worker may need to do.  (Okay, even atypical office workers, like you.) What are typical topics for these videos? In short, anything that you might need to accomplish in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher or on the desktop of your PC.  We also throw in a few interesting actions you can do in Facebook and other apps.  Support videos for Google Apps is coming soon.
